Product quality requirements:
5.1. The product must be approved for use on the territory of the Russian Federation.
5.2. The quality of the goods is confirmed by accompanying documents upon delivery to the Customer: a certificate of conformity, a hygienic certificate, a user's manual, a passport in Russian or other documents confirming the quality characteristics of the goods. These documents must be in Russian, well readable, must be certified by the Supplier's signature and seal, indicating his address and telephone number.
5.3. The product must be new, that is, not used, serially produced, reflecting the latest modifications of structures and materials.
5.4. The goods must correspond to the declared technical characteristics and the nomenclature numbers of the manufacturing plant, the goods must not show traces of mechanical damage, as well as other inconsistencies with the official technical description. In the event of a claim for the quality of the goods due to non-compliance with the terms of the contract or other mandatory requirements, the Supplier must, at the option of the Customer, eliminate the deficiencies, replace the goods or a part of it with goods whose quality complies with the terms of the contract.
5.5. The warranty period for the goods must be at least the warranty period established by the manufacturer of the goods.
6. Requirements for the safety of goods: the goods must be safe and meet the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, safety requirements, GOST, norms and rules for the safety of its operation, medical and technical requirements, technical specifications and other regulatory and technical documentation.
7. Requirements for the packaging of the goods: the goods are supplied in containers or packaging that meet state standards, specifications for the delivery of this type of goods, other regulatory and technical documentation. Containers and packaging must ensure the safety of the goods during transportation and storage, be durable, dry, without violating the integrity with appropriate special marking. The customer has the right to refuse to accept the goods if they are delivered in violation of the specified conditions.
