Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
The proposal must be submitted on the letterhead of the organization indicating:
- full name of the organization;
- details and contact information: INN, PSRN, OKPO, contact phone number, address, e-mail;
- the validity period of the offered price;
- the main conditions for the execution of the contract (the term for the provision of services, the procedure for payment, etc.);
- gross weight;
- place of shipment (city, region);
- delivery method;
- shipping cost with explanation is included / not included in the price of products.
The proposal must be registered in the prescribed manner (have an outgoing registration number and date), signed by the head of the organization or an authorized person and sealed.
Terms of payment: within 15 working days from the date of signing documents confirming the fact of acceptance and transfer of products under the contract.
Delivery of goods is required to the warehouse of the Bilibino NPP, Moscow, before 10.10.
Carrying out this information collection procedure does not entail any obligations of the Customer.
