Auto-extension

Payment terms:The Buyer pays for the Goods upon delivery of the Goods, in a non-cash manner by transferring the cost of the actually delivered Goods from the Buyer's settlement account to the Supplier's settlement account, the details of which are specified in the Contract, on the basis of a duly executed and signed by both Parties UPD, invoice and with the attachment of documents confirming the volume of delivered Goods, within 30 (thirty) calendar days days.
Delivery terms:Within 10 (ten) days from the date of receipt of the request for the supply of material in the period 11.05.2022-21.05.2022, the delivery of the goods is carried out from 9:00 to 17:00 Moscow time, strictly according to the preliminary (at least 2 days) notification of the Customer about the planned delivery
