Bids submission deadline

Buyer shall pay the Supplier a prepayment of 30% (thirty percent) of the value of the Goods within 3 (three) banking days after invoicing for payment; 70% (seventy percent) of the value for Commodity delivered and accepted by the Buyer within 30 (thirty) calendar days, after the Buyer has signed a consignment note (uniform form of TRAG-12 or UPD) and provided by the Supplier original documents: invoice, invoice, consignment note.
