Auto-extension

5. Terms and conditions of payment:
5.1. Payment is made by transfer of Customer funds to the account of the provider in the following order:
• an advance payment of 50% of the total value of the contract is carried out within 10 banking days from the moment of signing the contract and invoice of the supplier;
• final payment, after deduction of the advance payment, the customer pays for 15 banking days from the date of the written notification from the supplier about the readiness of the goods for shipment.

3.1. The goods must be delivered no later than 30 working days (or earlier) following the signing of the contract and the payment of an advance payment by the customer in the amount of 50% of the value of the goods.
3.2. Delivery is carried out by the customer (self) from a warehouse supplier if the supplier warehouse be not further than 40 miles from the warehouse of the customer. In larger distance supplier's warehouse delivery is carried out by the supplier to the customer warehouse at: Moskovskaya oblast, Lytkarino, turaevo industrial area, building 10, with the inclusion of the shipping cost in the price of goods.
