Payment terms:the payment under the civil contract will be made by the customer by transferring the funds to the account of the supplier within 45 (forty-five) days after the delivery of the goods after duly decorated and signed by both Parties of the Act (Acts) of receiving-transfer of goods, commodity (commodity and transport) consignment note and on the basis of the invoice issued by the supplier (invoices). Advance payment is not applicable.
Delivery terms:delivery of goods is carried out within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

Comments:
1. MANDATORY-Loading of the commercial offer signed by the authorized person and the seal of the Organization (please submit an offer on the form of KP + QUESTIONNAIRE).
2. PLEASE NOTE! In the event that the delivery is offered products of another manufacturer (analogue) or with a different designation, the commercial offer is mandatory to specify the name of the manufacturer. The offer shall be accompanied with the letter signed by the head of the company, certifying that the offered products are equivalent to those requested.
3. The validity of the offer shall be not less than 30 calendar days from the date of its submission.
4. One of the important criteria for the evaluation of the proposal is deferred payment. The preferred grace period is 30 days or more from the date of delivery.
5. Mandatory requirement for the participants — availability of quality and origin certificates.

7. Please note that this request is not a notice of tender (public tender) or public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code, Art. 1057 - 1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer the corresponding volume of civil liabilities, and reserves the right to reject all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the Participants.
