| Payment terms: | - payment terms (the supplier has the right to refuse to receive an advance payment):
30% - an advance payment is payable by the Buyer no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement. Provided that you receive an invoice for payment and receive security for the return of the advance.
70% - final settlement within 45 (forty-five) calendar days following the date of signing by the Buyer of the Goods Acceptance and Delivery Certificate, waybill and provision of original documents
* if the Supplier belongs to small and medium-sized enterprises, the final settlement is made within 15 (fifteen) calendar days.
