If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:the payment upon delivery of the products within 30 calendar days from the date of execution of obligations under the Treaty. Payment shall be made in the manner prescribed by the draft civil law contract (section 3 of the present documentation). Proposals received from the applicant on the prepayment of any size is a reason to reject him from participation in the procurement process.
