Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Delivery terms:The delivery time for the Goods is no more than 30 (Thirty) calendar days after signing the Agreement.

All requirements are indicated in the contract template, TK and annexes to it.
The contract is attached solely for information. The right to sign will be awarded to the winner.
Prices and rate must be indicated in rubles excluding VAT.

The procedure provides for a price reduction. A full package of requested documents is uploaded to the first rate. In case of price reduction, the rate is confirmed only by the file with the improved comm. proposal.
The winning bidder will be the bidder offering the lowest total cost, subject to confirmation of functional requirements.

Based on the results of the procedure, 1 main supplier and 1 backup supplier are selected.

The composition of the documentation when submitting an offer:
1. Letter of proposal submission (must be certified by the participant's seal, in PDF format);
2. Completed Business Proposal Template (Excel format)
3. Completed template of the Participant's Questionnaire (certified by the participant's seal, in PDF format);
4. Completed template Fin. estimates (in Excel format), confirmed by the Balance Sheet (form according to OKUD 0710001, 0710002) for the last two reporting years (2020 and 2019, in the absence - for 2019 and 2018) with a mark of the IFTS;
5. A package of constituent documents:
ü Charter with all changes;
ü Certificate of entry into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
ü Tax Registration Certificate;
ü Decision on the appointment of the sole executive body;
ü Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities dated the current or previous month.
