The package shall ensure the safety of the cargo from atmospheric corrosion and mechanical damage. Each cargo place must be marked without fail.

Comments:
Special requirements for the quality of the goods: original factory execution, with certificates of quality and origin of the manufacturer. It is necessary to specify the manufacturer for each item of the TMC. Affiliation to the manufacturer be confirmed by dealer certificates.

Basis of delivery: Arkhangelsk (with forwarding around the city).

The Supplier shall provide the Buyer within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of shipment of the goods the original invoice invoice, two originals of the invoice in the form of TRADING 12 and a copy of the receipt for the delivery of the goods on the shipped goods. Invoices must be issued in accordance with paragraphs 5 and 6 of Article 169 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation in accordance with the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 02.12.2000 No. 914. In the event that the price of the goods is indicated in foreign currency, the amounts indicated in the invoice must be expressed in the same foreign currency.

Special packing and transportation requirements: the package shall ensure the safety of the cargo from atmospheric corrosion and mechanical damage.

Requirements for the contract form:according to the buyer's form. Prices are not subject to change and are valid for the duration of the contract.
Requirements for the package of documents: trade offer in editable format, expiration of a commercial offer not less than 1 month, card of the organization, co. reporting for the last year

Price including VAT (20%), the cost of transport costs is included in the price of the goods, the cost of packaging is included in the price of the goods
