Payment: upon delivery of a batch of the Goods in accordance with the application - no earlier than 45 (forty five) calendar days and no later than 50 (fifty) calendar days (upon conclusion of an agreement with an organization that is an SME entity, the payment deadline is within 15 (fifteen) working days) on the basis of an invoice for payment after signing a consignment note, an act of acceptance and transfer of the Goods.
