The organizer has the right to refuse to conduct the request for proposals at any time before summing up its results, and the Customer has the right to refuse the obligation to enter into an agreement based on the results of the request for proposals.
Participation in the procedure is free for organizations registered at the ETP
Documents issued by third parties can be submitted on their readiness.
The participant with the best application must submit as soon as possible the most complete package of documents in accordance with clause 4.5.2 and p. Documentation on PCR.
