Payment terms:Payment upon receipt of products within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery and the provision of original invoices, consignment notes, copies of invoices with the recipient's mark. We are considering other payment options.
Delivery terms:Delivery of scaffolding to the site must be carried out in strict accordance with the terms specified in the specification. The specification subscribes to the planned volume and can be adjusted (including downward) by concluding an add. agreements to the supply contract.
The cost of delivery to the place of work at the address Saratov, Bryanskaya str., 1 Saratov Refinery and other costs are included in the cost of purchase items

Reference Information:
Projection onto a vertical plane 25x12. Height 12m, number of tiers 5. Number of lifts-2. In purchasing positions, the number has been increased due to possible design changes during the performance of work.

1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. Participants of this procedure MUST attach the Bidder's Questionnaire and documents according to the list to their proposals in electronic form, prior to opening the envelopes, at the same time as submitting the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by a participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
3. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the participant provides supporting documents simultaneously with the commercial offer).
4. The cost of products must be constant for the entire period of delivery (written confirmation).
5. It is MANDATORY to provide certificates and quality certificates, technical documentation.

Note: this request for proposals is not a tender notice (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
