Payment terms:расчеты производятся путем перечисления Покупателем денежных средств на расчетный счет Поставщика в течение 45 календарных дней с момента поставки Товара на склад Покупателя
Delivery terms:транспортные расходы по поставке товара относятся на Поставщика, упаковочная тара согласно технических условий завода-изготовителя.
Срок поставки: 1-ый и 2-ой квартал 2016г. Наименование и количество отгружаемой продукции уточняется письменным уведомлением поставщику за 30 дней до отгрузки продукции.
