Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Оплата товара осуществляется в течение 30 календарных дней с момента передачи товара Поставщиком Покупателю. При этом в договоре стороны предусматривают возможность поставки товара без произведения предварительной оплаты на общую сумму до 150 000руб. 00коп., в т.ч. НДС 18% с последующей отсрочкой оплаты на срок до 90 дней.
Оплата товара осуществляется после предоставления в бухгалтерию Заказчика оригиналов счетов-фактур, накладных, подписанных материально-ответственным лицом Грузополучателя, и счёта на оплату фактически поставленной продукции.
Delivery terms:
в течение 3 рабочих дней с момента получения заявки от Покупателя на поставку товара. Поставка осуществляется в будние дни с 8.30 до 17.15 автотранспортом Поставщика, до места нахождения покупателя по адресу ул. Ползунова, 15. При этом общая стоимость договора складывается из стоимости товара, а также автотранспортных услуг по доставке товара.
