Payment terms:Settlements under the Agreement are made in accordance with Federal Law No. 275-FZ "On State Defense Order" by transferring funds from a separate bank account of the Buyer to a separate bank account of the Supplier, opened with PJSC "PROMSVYAZBANK" under State Contract No. 1222187301221020105001125 / З / 1/2 / 0169 / GK-12-DGOZ from 25.05.2012 (IGK No. 1222187301221020105001125).
Payment for the consignment of the Goods is made within 15 (Fifteen) working days from the date of completion of the acceptance of the consignment of the Goods and the signing by the Buyer of the shipping documents for the consignment of the Goods.
Delivery terms:The delivery time for the total approximate volume of delivery of the Goods is up to 15.06.2021 inclusive. The goods are delivered in batches. The volume of individual consignments of the Goods is determined by the Buyer and indicated in the applications.
The delivery time for a batch of Goods is indicated in the application. If there is no delivery time in the application, the delivery time is 8 days from the date of receipt of the Buyer's application.
Delivery of the Goods is made by forces and at the expense of the Supplier.
