This competitive procedure, at the preliminary choice of the Supplier, is sent in accordance with the Tender Regulations of the Tender Organizer as part of the procedure for requesting commercial offers, which (as well as the pre-selection procedure of the Supplier itself) is not an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated by Art. 447-449 Part 1 and 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code RF. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer the corresponding amount of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection process at any time without giving reasons, without incurring any liability to the Participant.$

6. After bidding, the bid price of the Applicant becomes fixed and cannot be increased.
7. Organization/documentation that does not comply with the requirements and forms specified in the notice, the Organizer has the right to reject without explanation and recognize this documentation, and, accordingly, the Applicant shall not to meet the requirements of the competitive procedure.
8.The winner (s) of the auction is approved by the chairman of the tender committee, based on the results of all cumulative factors (price, deferred payment, availability /absence of advance payment, guarantee, standard conditions Rusagro)
