Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Advance payment is not applicable. Payment upon delivery of the Goods to the Consignee's warehouse within 60 working days from the date of delivery and the provision of originals of invoices, consignment notes, copies of invoices marked by the Consignee.

Comments:
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").

2. Before the end of the procedure, the participants of this procedure must attach to their proposals in electronic form the applicant's application with attachments and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating the delivery time), signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure (the form is attached) ... In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.

3. List of required documents:
- Partner card;
- Application (Form No. 1);
- Commercial offer (Form No. 2);
- TIN certificate;
- Bukh balance for 2017-2019;
- 2019 VAT declaration
- A letter of guarantee on the unconditional signing of the draft agreement as revised by the Buyer.
- A letter of guarantee stating that the products are new, not used.
- A letter stating that the commercial proposal is calculated in full accordance with the request for proposals.

The cost must be indicated taking into account delivery to the Buyer's warehouse.

The period of validity of the participants' commercial offers is at least 60 days.
Be sure to attach the conformity certificates, passport, quality
quality.

Note: this request for prices is not a competition notice (public competition) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
