Delivery terms:1. The price of the commercial proposal must include all expenses of the Bidder related to the fulfillment of obligations, excluding VAT and taking into account transportation costs.
2. The price of a commercial offer is indicated in rubles, excluding VAT.
3. The cost of commissioning / SMR services in the commercial proposal, indicate in a separate line for each position for which it is necessary to carry out the Works (according to the questionnaires).

When submitting proposals, the Participant must necessarily provide a package of constituent documents, according to the List. When placing proposals without constituent documents, the Participant will not be considered.
