Payment terms:Payment for the products shall be made within 60 days from the Buyer's receipt of the invoice, executed in accordance with the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. Payment type: non-cash payment – payment order.
Delivery terms:Delivery of products shall be carried out by railways or by the Supplier's vehicles. Transportation and packaging costs shall be included into the price of products. Delivery time: within 20 days from signing the specification.

1. When selecting the winner, priority will be given to a participant offering a payment deferral. 2. The contract shall be concluded only as worded by Zlatoust Branch of OOO "Mechel-Materials". 3. This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer has the right to refuse all the received proposals incurring no liability.
