Delivery terms:Delivery details: Nizhny Novgorod Region, Kstovo Industrial Zone. The products must be new. The delivery time is 5 days from the date of signing the specification. All shipping, packaging and other costs must be included in the product price. Certificates and passports are required when delivering products!!!

Comments:
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. Participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire to their proposals in electronic form before opening the envelopes simultaneously with the submission of the offer and a file in the form of a scanned copy of its commercial offer (indicating the delivery dates), signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case of failure or improper fulfillment of this requirement by the participant of the procedure, the procedure organizer reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
Supplier offers are valid for at least 30 days.
3. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the participant provides supporting documents simultaneously with commercial offer).
4. The supply of material assets will be made as applications are received until 30.06.2021 with the unit price fixed.

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 — 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 — 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants.
