2. Payment Terms: Payment on the fact of delivery not less than 60 calendar days;
3. All delivered products must conform to the name, characteristics, brands and manufacturer of Fronius, GOST requirements, and requirements of industry standards.
4. Delivery time does not exceed 4 weeks from the date of the buyer's request;
5. Contracting shall be carried out as required;
6. Each delivery is accompanied by the primary accounting documents, as well as other documents, according to the requirements of normative documents;
7. In case of detection of defective products, the whole consignment is returned;
8. Conclusion of the contract of delivery according to the standard form of PJSC "power machines";
