б) В электронном виде (по электронной почте) в течение одного рабочего дня с момента получения копии заявления (в свободной форме) поданного Участником запроса предложений не позднее дня, предшествующего дню вскрытия конвертов с заявками участников по факсу 8 (3532) 79-76-00, либо в форме электронного документа по адресу: shaporenko@orene.ru с указанием электронного адреса Участника запроса предложений для отправки документации по запросу предложений;

Contract award criteria:
The winner of the contest will be determined by two criteria:
1. The size of the discount (mark-up) in% of the price of the stela filling station
2. Number of filling stations (exceeding the minimum required)
More detailed procedure for determining the winner of the contest is described in clause 5.9.3 of the tender documentation
Contract conclusion date:
Agreement on the results of the tender between the Customer (IDGC of Volga, JSC or IDGC of Volga, branch) and the Winner of the tender will be concluded no earlier than 10 calendar days and no later than 15 working days in accordance with Art.448 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation on the basis of the minutes on the results of the tender, with the exception of cases when actions (inaction) of the customer in the course of procurement are appealed in the antimonopoly authority or in a judicial procedure. In these cases, the contract must be concluded within 15 working days from the date of entry into force of the decision of the antimonopoly authority or a judicial act providing for the conclusion of a contract
