If you would like your company to participate in the activities, you will need to provide up to "02" November 2017 g. documents package, which includes:
- Annex 1: Quoted specification in xls format and jpg/pdf with signature and stamp;
- Annex 2: The questionnaire of the supplier in xls format;
- Annex 3: The typical contract supply LLC REV. "non-ferrous metals works" with signature and seal.
In addition, please put a package of constituent documents:
- copy of certificate on State registration of a legal entity (COMPANY REGISTRATION NO.)
- a copy of the certificate of registration of tax accounting (INN);
- a copy of the Charter;
- copy information from statistics concerning the attribution of activity codes;
- a copy of the documents confirming the powers of legal entity (solution or Protocol-participant (s) concerning the appointment of the head);
- a copy of the power of Attorney of the person authorised to enter into a contract (in the case of the signing of the Treaty is not the head of a legal person by a person authorized to enter into a contract attorney);
- original or scanned copy of extract from the UNIFIED STATE REGISTER (not later than 1 month before the date of submission);
- the original or a copy of the scan-the inquiry from tax inspection about the performance of the duties of the taxpayer to pay taxes, fees, fines, penalties, with the period of issuance no later than 1 month before the date of submission;
- a copy of the lease contract or other document confirming the actual location of the executive body.
