Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:
The customer makes an advance payment (works/services) in the amount of up to 30% of the contract value within 10 (Ten) business days after receiving the invoice from the contractor by non-cash payment orders to the contractor's current account. The Customer makes the remaining part of the payment (works/services) within 10 (Ten) working days after the parties sign the act of completed works/services rendered.
Delivery terms:
Delivery is carried out at the Customer's location address: 142700 Russian Federation, Moscow region, Leninsky district, Vidnoye, Belokamennoye sh., vl.10, building ZAK-2, floor 1, room 38. The cost of delivery is included by the supplier in the price of the goods.

• organization card, copies of Registration Certificate, Financial Statements for the last financial year (F1 and F2) (on request), certificates, licenses (if necessary) for the right to carry out activities;
