Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

It is planned to sign an agreement with one or more suppliers based on the cost accounting for each geographic area (equipment + installation + delivery) and the production capacities of the participants.
Offers without installation will not be considered. Installation is carried out by forces and at the expense of the supplier.

There is no requirement for the length of the anchor bolt for mounting the dispenser. The supplier shall ensure that the rack is securely mounted and is safe to operate at each mounted site.
