Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

To participate in the request for proposals, it is necessary to fill in the cost (see procurement items) and also the TTX template file located in the archive (see procurement documentation) must be filled in:
The completed file is attached to the proposal on the site, as well as a detailed drawing of the product as a separate file.

Participation in the lots for installation and delivery is mandatory
It is planned to sign an agreement with one or more suppliers based on cost accounting in the context of each geographical area (equipment, installation, delivery) and production capacities of participants.

Offers without installation will not be considered. Installation is carried out by and at the expense of the supplier.

You must provide prices based on the volume of the purchase.

You can repeatedly improve your proposals until the end of filing.
Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing from the competition all affiliated participants.

No E-signature is required.
