Settlement for the delivery of the Goods is carried out by the Buyer in respect of each unit of the Goods accepted by the buyer within no more than 25 (Twenty five) calendar days from the date the Buyer accepts the corresponding unit of the Goods (from the date the Buyer signs the waybill in the form of TORG-12).
Payment for the performance of the Works is carried out by the Buyer in respect of each unit of the Goods within a period not exceeding 25 (twenty five) calendar days from the date of acceptance by the Buyer of the result of the Works (from the date of signing by the Buyer of the acceptance certificate of the work performed).
