Payment for the delivered goods is carried out within 60-90 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods on the basis of the original invoice and invoice of the Supplier.

The delivery of the Goods is carried out in separate batches, during the term of the contract, the quantity and assortment of each batch are determined by agreement of the Parties in writing based on the application of the Buyer, taking into account the needs of the Buyer.
Delivery (shipment) of the Goods is carried out on the basis of an agreed (approved) application of the Buyer, in time according to the terms of the contract. The approximate term for approval of the application is 1-2 days. (Please consider these terms when indicating the delivery time)
Essential conditions:
- supply in the required volumes of cement cement made in accordance with
GOST 1581-96 and ISO 10426.1 (API Specification 10A);
- providing quality assurance on the supplied cement;
- cement cement supplies to the cities: Buzuluk and Ufa at the request of the Buyer;
- compliance with the delivery time not more than 5 calendar days from the receipt of the application from the Buyer;
- payment terms - 60-90 days upon delivery;
- fixing prices for the entire period until 12/31/2020.
The supplier undertakes:
- comply with the terms of the contract and its applications;
- maintain a fixed price for the supplied cement cement throughout the term of the contract;
- to provide access to the Supplier’s production facilities to the Buyer's expert group for conducting a technical audit;
- provide copies of licenses and certificates and other regulatory documents indicating the ability of the Supplier to carry out the production of cement cement in accordance with GOST and this terms of reference.
Proposals of providers fulfilling the following conditions are accepted for consideration:
1. The submitted offer contains an agreement signed by the provider without disagreement. Disagreements may be reflected in the "Protocol of Disagreement", with the priority being the proposals with the unconditional signing of the draft agreement.
2. The supplier carries out the required customs procedures in accordance with applicable law. Customs payments are made by the Supplier at its own expense. (if necessary)
3. The supplier provides the following documents with the Goods:
- Mandatory to provide permission to use the Goods;
- certificate of conformity for the Goods;
- certificate of quality;
- technical documentation necessary for the use of the Goods; (passport, instruction manual)
- a document confirming the warranty on the Goods;
- documents confirming the passage of all customs procedures; (if necessary)
All documentation is provided in Russian. In the case of the supply of imported equipment, the Supplier, at its own expense, translates the documentation into Russian.
Comments: 1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Participants in this procedure MUST attach all necessary documents to their proposals in electronic form at the same time as they submit the proposal, signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
The validity of the suppliers' proposal is at least 6 months.
3. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
4. The pricing mechanism should be unchanged for the entire delivery period.
Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
