Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment for the Goods under the Agreement will be carried out upon delivery of the Goods, a batch of Goods within 45 (forty-five) calendar days, (15 (fifteen) working days for small and medium-sized enterprises) after the Buyer has provided the documents provided for in subparagraphs a), b ), c), d) e) item 6.6. Of the Agreement and signing of the Act of acceptance and transfer of the Goods (the form is set in Appendix No. 4 to this Agreement).

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
