Payment terms:
Payment for the goods shall be made after receiving the goods and original documents (invoices, TGT-12 consignment notes, bills of lading) before the 30th (thirtieth) day of the month following the month of work, receiving services (goods) by cashless transfer funds to the account of the "Supplier" or, by agreement of the parties, in any other way permitted by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
