Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Deferred payment within 30 banking days from the date of delivery of the Goods.
Delivery terms:The delivery time of the Goods is in accordance with the delivery schedule (attached to the bid documentation).

Comments:
A delivery schedule for 2024 is attached to the bid documentation. The annual volume is indicated in the Procured items.
Clarifications on the frequency of deliveries:
1. Delivery by road 1 time in 7-10 days.
2. The volume of one-time delivery:
- Sodium 46% GOST (in cubes) - about 5tn
- Nitric acid 56% GOST (in cubes) – about 15tn.
The container is negotiable. The refund is made at the end of the month.
