Comments:
1. This request for a commercial offer is sent in accordance with the Tender Regulations of the Tender Organizer within the framework of the request for commercial proposals procedure, which (as well as the ongoing tender) It is not an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, nor is it a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1065 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
2. The commercial offer must fully comply with the requirements / criteria set out in the Technical Specification for delivery.
3. Without providing all the documents specified in the Request (or in case of their unacceptability), the organization will not be allowed to tender.
4. Algorithm of actions in case of reasonable doubts about the fairness of the tender:
