Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

MANDATORY CONDITIONS:

1. Terms of payment shall be specified by the Supplier of the equipment, including the amount of payment, terms of payment with the last payment in the amount not less than 10% of the cost of the contract to be paid by the Customer after signing the Acts on completion of assembly, start-up and pre-commissioning (provided that the Supplier submits properly executed primary accounting documents (i.e.

In case there is a group of affiliated companies, only one entity can participate in the bidding on its behalf. Otherwise, it shall be deemed as restrictive business practices, which constitutes a reason for a disqualification of all affiliated bidders.

Bids may be improved continuously before bids submission deadline.

E-signature is not required.
