Payment terms:Settlement procedure: shall be specified by the participant in the application.
The prices shall be indicated in RUB with no reference to the exchange rates, and shall include all the taxes and fees, as well as transportation and overhead expenses.
Delivery terms:Delivery time: shall be specified by the participant in the application.
The delivered goods must be packed in containers and labeled in accordance with the state standards established on it (GOST), the requirements of TU, ensuring the integrity and safety of the goods along the route and during storage. Allowed transportation of the components of the goods in the packaging of the manufacturer. Marking should be applied to the packaging of the goods and include information about the details of the contract, supplier, customer, and these information are certified by the seal of the supplier. If the delivered goods consist of several places, the marking should also contain information about the number of places in the kit and the number of the place.
The delivered goods must be new (goods that were not in use, under repair, including that which were not restored, from which the components were not replaced, consumer properties were not restored), must have a genuine and legal origin, not have defects associated with construction, materials or operation.
It is not allowed to deliver goods that have been taken out of conservation (long-term storage), as well as used goods that have external damage, traces of use.

Each participant must provide a completed application form in electronic form in the "doc" format, as well as a scanned version with a signature and seal.
The information column is adjusted by the participant.
A full package of documents specified in the Participant's Questionnaire and a detailed technical description of the products offered are also provided.
It is possible to extend the application deadline at the request of the participant through the "Clarifications" menu in the procedure.
When a participant submits an application, a completed draft contract is provided, which means agreement with its provisions and form (when changes are made to it, the latter are highlighted in a different color and comments are indicated if necessary).
If there is no necessary contract in the documentation, then such a draft contract is provided by the participant for approval to the Organizer.

Carrying out a request for proposals with positional detailing of the subject of procurement (positional procurement) provides for the participant the opportunity to submit a separate proposal for a separate position, which is an integral part of the participant's application for this Procedure, and for the Organizer the possibility of concluding a separate agreement for each position or group of positions.

The opening date of applications occurs 1 hour after the filing date of applications. This makes it possible for participants in the procedure to upload documents corresponding to the last price submitted, already after the filing date of applications.
