as part of the competition, only proposals for the supply of diesel telescopic loader JCB 550-80AG +, capacity of 5 tons, lifting height of cargo are considered: 8100 mm., air-conditioned and heated cabin.
All participants of the contest must fill in the enclosed "contractor's questionnaire".
According to the results of the contest the winner is obliged to submit certified copies of documents in accordance with the enclosed "list of documents" before the conclusion of the contract of sale.
Request for proposals is not a bargaining (contest, auction) in accordance with articles 447-449 or public competition in accordance with articles 1057-1061 of the second part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not impose on the organizer and/or Obligations established by these articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
