Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Please, note! The auction will be held in two stages: qualifying and final.
Based on the results of the qualification stage (verification of documentation and work experience), the final stage of bidding will be organized between the participants who meet the requirements of the TOR.

A detailed list of mandatory documentation is attached to the auction.
In the absence of a complete package of documents and the required work experience, the application is not considered in the tender.
All documents must be attached when submitting an application, there will be no additional requests.
