Payment terms:Payment under a civil law contract will be made by the Customer by transferring funds to the Supplier’s bank account within 60 (sixty) days upon delivery of the goods after duly executed and signed by both Parties of the act (acts) of the transfer of goods, commodity (commodity-transport ) invoice and based on the invoice issued by the Supplier (invoice). Advance payment is not applicable.
