Auto-extension

Payment terms:Payment of the Products by the Buyer with the deferred payment of not less than 30 nor more than 60 days (if the contract is concluded with SMSP, the payment period is established in accordance with applicable law) from the date of delivery of the Products (the date of signing by the Parties TORG-12), provided that buyer full set of documents on the payment for the product:
- Original consignment note for the Products (Form TORG-12) / HPA signed by the parties - 2 copies .;
- Original-faktury- invoice 1 copy .;
under the contract payments are made by transferring funds to the account of the Supplier referred to in Article 10 of this Agreement, and may also have a different form of payment, does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
