Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Comments:
1. At the first stage of the procedure, it is necessary to provide only the Bidder's bid with supporting documents.
2. After completion of the first stage, technical analysis of proposals will be initiated and Bidders will be admitted/not admitted to the second stage - submission of commercial proposals.
3. At the second stage of the tender, it is necessary to send a commercial offer in advance via an electronic trading platform, the term of the second stage of the procedure is not extended. Proposals are accepted exclusively through the E-Marketplace.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Договоры с Участниками - победителями тендера будут заключены в соответствии с проектом договора, предоставленным Заказчиком и размещенным в составе тендерной документации.
НЕОБОСНОВАННЫЙ ОТКАЗ!:Извещение о результатах процедуры будет доступно во вкладке «Файлы, загруженные организатором» после подведения итогов.
Отсутствия справки ФНС!:В случае отсутствия справки ФНС по форме КНД 1120101, данный документ возможно предоставить в течение 3-х рабочих дней после завершения процедуры.
В тендерных процедурах, где организатором является ПАО «Татнефть» (Центр закупок) продление сроков запроса ценовых предложений НЕ предусмотрено! В связи с чем, необходимо заблаговременно подать свое предложение.
Лот будет разыгран без проведения редукциона и переторжек. Выбор победителя будет осуществляться на основании единственного предложения.
