Payment terms:Payment under a civil law contract will be made by the Customer by transferring funds to the Supplier’s account within 30 (thirty) days upon delivery of the goods after the goods acceptance report (acts) for goods delivery and delivery ( consignment note) and on the basis of the invoice (invoice) issued by the Supplier. Advance payment is not applicable.
Delivery terms:Supply of goods shall be carried out within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
