Payment terms:
Payment terms: Payment for the goods is made within 45 days from the date of delivery of the goods.
The cost of the product must include: the cost of the goods and their packaging, loading and unloading, transportation costs for the delivery of the goods, as well as all the costs of prepress preparation of files, the Contractor's expenses for the payment of taxes and other mandatory payments.
No later than the 5th working day following the reporting day, the Contractor sends the originals of shipping documents to the Customer.
For violation of the terms of delivery of goods, the Customer has the right to demand payment of a fine in the amount of 0.5% of the value of the goods not delivered for each day of delay, as well as compensation for all losses caused by such a violation.
For non-delivery and delivery of damaged equipment, the Customer has the right to demand payment by the Supplier of penalties in the amount of 0.5% of the value of the non-delivered batch of Goods for each day of delay. Penalties are accrued for the entire amount of the overdue obligation.
The Supplier is released from liability for late delivery of the Goods if such delay occurred due to the fault of the manufacturer of the Goods, in confirmation of which the Supplier will provide a letter from the manufacturer.
In the event of a three-fold failure of delivery dates, deprivation of the right to further deliveries.
Delivery terms:
3.2. The Supplier must deliver the Goods to the Customer in the manufacturer's packaging with the necessary markings. The packaging of the Goods must ensure the safety of the Goods from damage or corrosion during multimodal transportation, taking into account several overloads in transit.
3.3. In case the Customer detects a discrepancy in the quality and completeness of the Goods, the Supplier undertakes to replace the Goods with defects with a new Product of proper quality, completeness within the time agreed by the Parties.
3.4. 3a The Customer also retains the right to make claims for factory defects of the goods, in the manner and under the conditions provided for in Section 4 of this Technical Specification.
3.5. Packaging, labeling, transportation, safety, delivery, loading, unloading, is carried out by and at the expense of the Supplier.
3.6. All costs of transportation of equipment for warranty repair/replacement are carried out at the expense of the Supplier.
The number of equipment can be reduced or increased according to the Customer's needs.

Comments: The quality of the delivered Goods must comply with the manufacturer's standards and the requirements of the certifying authorities of the Russian Federation.
Warranty and post-warranty service is carried out by and at the expense of the Supplier.
The warranty period of the Goods is 36 (Thirty-six) months from the date of delivery of the Goods to the Customer, unless another period is set by the manufacturer.
Warranty service of the Goods is carried out by authorized service centers of the manufacturer.
The supplier provides replacement of the Goods recognized as goods of inadequate quality.
All costs of transportation of equipment for warranty repair/replacement are carried out at the expense of the Supplier.
For the period of warranty repair, the Supplier provides the Customer with a similar product (HP, a replacement computer of the appropriate configuration) free of charge for temporary use within 1 day from the date of receipt of the application for warranty replacement.
A separate option is to offer a service contract for 3 years included in the price of the equipment, the terms of which are free replacement of any device due to breakage, both warranty and non-warranty.
