Payment terms:
Payment for the delivered Goods shall be made within 60-90 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods on the basis of the original invoice and invoice of the Supplier.
Required delivery time: from 3 calendar days (it is necessary to specify the actual delivery time in the offer, especially important for the positions of imported production)
Delivery basis: Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery of the Goods is carried out in separate batches, during the period of validity of the contract. The quantity and range of each batch shall be determined by agreement of the Parties in writing on the basis of the Buyer's request, taking into account the needs of the Buyer and within the terms and conditions of the contract. .
The need specified in the lot is indicative, the Buyer has no obligation to purchase the Goods in full.
Analogues are not accepted for consideration (Only if the ordered products are discontinued)
It is forbidden to change the name, brand, model, unit of measurement, etc. specified in the lot, any changes to be specified in the additionally created column.
Delivery terms:
Proposals of offerors who meet the following conditions shall be accepted for consideration:
1. All positions have been filled, at least one sublot. All other things being equal, priority is given to the Offeror participating in the largest number of sublots.
2. Delivery basis: Buyer's warehouse. (Addresses of consignees are given above)
3. The delivery price remains unchanged for the entire period of the contract. (if otherwise specified); $
4. The forecast value of the LOT is planned and can be changed within the +/- 25% option.
5. Delivery is carried out in batches according to the Buyer's orders.
6. Delivery time to the consignee from 3 to 30 calendar days (in some cases agreed individually) from the moment of submission of the official application by the Customer, in accordance with the terms specified in contract.$
7. Payment for the delivered Goods shall be made within 60 -90 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods on the basis of the original invoice and invoice of the Supplier.
8. In the submitted offer there is a contract signed by the offeror without disagreement. The protocol of disagreement can be considered by the Customer, but at the same time the proposals executed without deviations from the established form have priority.
9. Transportation costs are included in the price of the Goods.
10. The Supplier shall carry out the required customs procedures in accordance with applicable law. Customs payments are made by the Supplier at its own expense. (if necessary) $
11. Upon delivery, the Supplier shall provide the following documents:
permission to use the Goods in the territory of the Russian Federation, declaration of conformity TR CU;
technical documentation necessary for the use of the Goods; (passport, operating instructions)
a document confirming the warranty obligations for the Goods;
documents confirming the passage of all customs procedures; (if necessary)
12. All additional comments and suggestions The Offeror has the right to express in free form as part of the commercial offer (item 7 - Other essential terms)
All documentation is provided in Russian. In case of delivery of imported equipment, the Supplier shall translate the documentation into Russian at its own expense.
Comments: 1. Please ask all questions on the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. To their proposals in electronic form, the participants of this procedure MUST attach all the necessary documents at the same time as the submission of the proposal, signed by the authorized person and certified by the seal of the participating organization.$ If the participant fails or fails to comply with this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of the participant.
Validity period of the offer of suppliers is not less than 6 months.
3. The supplier of the product must be the manufacturer or the manufacturer's official dealer or distributor (the participant shall provide the supporting documents at the same time as commercial offer).
4. The pricing mechanism should be unchanged for the entire delivery period.
Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of holding a competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 — 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 — 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
