Payment terms:
Advance payment is not applicable. Payment is made upon receipt of the Goods in the warehouse of the Consignee within 60 working days from the date of delivery of each consignment of the Goods and submission of original invoices, consignment notes, copies consignment notes with the consignee's mark.
Delivery terms:
Delivery time: in the period from 22.11.2019 to 31.12.2019 in separate batches of 8 - 12 t on additional orders of the Buyer according to production needs. The total actual demand for bids may be lower than the specified amount for this request for proposals. Delivery is carried out only in case of actual need of the Buyer.
Shipping details: Yamal-Nenets JSC, Yurkharovskoye field, production base of SMU-4 LLC. The travel scheme is attached. There is a pass system for arrival to the field (submission of documents for registration of a pass - 3 working days before arrival). It is required to provide scanned copies of the vehicle, the contract with the owner of the vehicle (should be the organization), documents for the driver.

2. To their proposals in electronic form participants of this procedure must attach the application of the applicant with attachments and the commercial offer signed by authorized person, certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure (forms are attached). In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
3. To provide on request offers:
- Partner card;
- Application form (Form №1);
- Commercial offer (Form №2);
- TIN certificate;
- Buch balance for 2016-2018;
- VAT Declaration for 2018;
- Documents confirming the quality of products.
- Letter of guarantee on unconditional signing of the draft agreement in the Buyer's editorial office.
- A letter stating that the offer is calculated in full compliance with the request.
The cost must be specified taking into account the delivery to the Buyer's warehouse.
Proposals validity period - 45 days at least.
The products must be accompanied by certificates of conformity, passport, documents confirming
quality.
Note: This request is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability before the participants.
