Цена договора включает все расходы, связанные с поставкой товаров в соответствии с требованиями договора, в том числе: стоимость товаров, расходы на перекачку товаров (топлива) в резервуары Заказчика, стоимость оформления всех сопутствующих договору документов; транспортные расходы; прочие затраты Поставщика; расходы на страхование, уплату налогов, сборов, таможенных пошлин и другие обязательные платежи, предусмотренные законодательством и/или условиями исполнения договора.
