Delivery terms:April 2024 - October 2024
Delivery is carried out in batches at the written bid of the Buyer. Pickup by the Buyer's specialized transport (Astrakhan), or delivery by the Supplier's transport. All shipping and other costs must be included in the product price.

Comments:
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure with the help of the functionality of the E-Marketplace (requests for clarification).
2. To their proposals in electronic form, the Bidders of this procedure MUST, before the bids opening, attach the applicant's Application Form and the documents according to the application form simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial offer signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the Bidder organization of this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the Bidder of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this Bidder.
3. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the Bidder provides supporting documents at the same time as the commercial offer).
4. The cost of the products must be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
5. Additionally provide certificates and quality certificates, technical documentation.

Note: this request for proposals is not a Bid Notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
