position No. 1 - 10 tn on the condition of delivery to the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District, Purovsky district, m / r Beregovoy;
position No. 2 - 10 tn on the condition of delivery to the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, urban settlement Urengoy.
Based on the results of the consideration of the results, one of the positions will be excluded.
Payment is made within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery and provision of the original invoices, waybills, copies of transport invoices with the mark of the recipient.
Delivery and total cost should be subject to a paid crossing through the river Pur.

Comments: 1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Prior to opening the envelopes, participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the list of documents and the Questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating delivery dates), signed by an authorized person and certified to their proposals in electronic form the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
3. The participant of this procedure sends the quotation on the official form.
4. To provide upon request of proposals:
- Passport or other document indicating the full technical parameters and characteristics of the purchased fuel and lubricants;
- Partner card;
- Application (Form No. 1);
- Commercial proposal;
- Certificate TIN;
- Bang balance
- VAT declaration
- Documents confirming the quality of products.
- A letter of guarantee that the products are new, not used.
- A letter stating that the quotation is calculated in full accordance with the required parameters of this request for proposals.
Validity of the proposal of the participants - at least 60 days.

quality.
Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
