Payment terms:1. The currency of the commercial offer must be in rubles. without VAT;
2. Fixing the discount amount for the term of the contract;
3. Payment options considered*:
• 100% post-payment within 30 working days from the date of receipt by the customer of a complete set of properly executed documents provided for in the Contract and signing by the customer of the Act (preferred method of EDI);
• partial prepayment (advance payment).
*The final decision on the terms and procedure of payment is made at the stage of summing up the request for proposals, based on the received proposals.
Delivery terms:• the gas station network must fully cover the cities of consumption (pp2.4 and Appendix No. 3);
• accounting of the released fuel is carried out by means of fuel cards;
• provision of a monthly report with a complete list of transactions, detailing by date, time, place and quantity, cost and size of the discount provided for the shipped fuel and car wash (if this option is provided);
• the quality, characteristics, safety of the delivered goods must comply with the current GOST and Technical specifications, the requirements established by the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union "On requirements for automotive and aviation gasoline, diesel and marine fuel, jet fuel and fuel oil", approved by the decision of the Customs Union Commission dated 18.10.2011 No. 826 and be confirmed by a passport for the goods, copies which are transferred to the Customer together with the goods;
• the possibility of setting a limit on the card and by type of fuel;
• free production of cards in the volume required by the customer;
• free recovery in case of loss/breakdown;
• the possibility of remote blocking, unblocking of the card without its physical provision to the contractor;
• the possibility of paying with a car wash fuel card with a limit setting (if this option is provided).

1. Questionnaire: a scan of the completed questionnaire is placed in PDF format on the ETP.
2. Confidentiality agreement: the scan is placed in PDF format on the ETP, the original must be delivered to the Medvedkovo GM.
3. Commercial offer_Appendix No. 4: is filled in and placed on the ETP in Excel format. All sheets are required to be filled in!
