Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:
7.1. The price of the Goods is set in rubles of the Russian Federation, including VAT-20%.
7.2. Payment for the Goods is carried out within 90 days after signing the Act of acceptance and transfer of the goods
7.3. Post-payment in the amount of 100% relative to the services actually rendered with a deferred payment of 90 working days.
Delivery terms:
5.1. The Agreement is concluded for a period of 1 (One) year and comes into force from the moment of its signing by the Parties. The participant of the request for proposals undertakes to maintain the fixation of the proposed prices for 1 (one) calendar year, during the validity period of the Contract.
5.2. Work schedule: the goods are delivered in batches throughout the year - based on the Customer's requests.
5.3. Place of delivery of the goods: the Customer's facilities on the territory of the Russian Federation:
5.4. The Supplier must transfer the Goods to the Customer in the manufacturer's packaging with the necessary markings. The packaging of the Goods must ensure the safety of the Goods from damage or corrosion during multimodal transportation, taking into account several overloads in transit.
5.5. If the Customer discovers a discrepancy in the quality and completeness of the Goods, the Supplier undertakes to replace the Goods with defects with a new Product of proper quality, completeness within the time agreed by the Parties.
5.6. 3a The Customer also retains the right to file claims for factory defects of the goods, in the manner and under the conditions provided for in Section 6 of this Technical Specification.
5.7. The supplier must have the experience and capabilities to arrange delivery throughout the territory of the Russian Federation.
5.8. Packaging, labeling, transportation, safety, delivery, loading, unloading, is carried out by and at the expense of the Supplier.
5.9. All costs of transportation of equipment for warranty repair/replacement are carried out at the expense of the Supplier.

8.1. For violation of the terms of delivery of goods, the Customer has the right to demand payment of a fine in the amount of 0.5% of the value of the goods not delivered for each day of delay, as well as compensation for all losses caused by such violation.
8.2. For non-delivery and delivery of damaged equipment, the Customer has the right to demand payment by the Supplier of penalties in the amount of 0.5% of the value of the non-delivered batch of Goods for each day of delay. Penalties are accrued for the entire amount of the overdue obligation.
8.3. The Supplier is relieved of responsibility for late delivery of the Goods if such delay occurred due to the fault of the manufacturer of the Goods, in confirmation of which the Supplier will provide a letter from the manufacturer.
8.4. In case of a three-fold failure of delivery dates, deprivation of the right to further deliveries.
