Payment terms:Advance payment is not applicable. Payment deferral of 10 days from delivery and provision of the original copies of accounting documents (tax invoice, TORG-12 consignment note) and copies of quality certificates. The cost is fixed for the entire duration of the contract. Price changes are possible by entering into an additional agreement.
Delivery terms:Delivery is carried out at the request of the Customer within the time period stipulated by the contract, the price includes delivery to the construction site at the address: Republic of Crimea, Kerch, at the intersection of Kul-Obinsky highway, Industrial Highway and ul. Chkalova

Comments:
An open request for proposals is not a tender (competition, auction) or public tender, in accordance with Articles 447-449 of the first part and Articles 1057-1061 of the second part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not impose obligations on the procurement organizer (Customer) established by the specified articles of the Civil Code RF
The procurement organizer (Customer) has the right to amend the documentation on an open request for proposals at any time before the deadline for submitting applications for participation in an open request for proposals, and also refuse to conduct an open request for proposals at any time before summing up its results, while he does not bear any financial obligations to the participants, including those related to the preparation of the application.
The customer has the right not to publish information on the results of the procurement procedure. The customer has the right not to enter into an Agreement with the winner of the tender.
